Maintaining existing infrastructure
Backup and restore
Firewall changes
Network design and configuration
Occasional helpdesk support
Certifications:
MCA-MCSE an asset
Citrix CCA, CCAA, an asset

Must Haves:
GOOD customer service and overall attitude
Windows Server 2003/2008
Exchange Server 2003/2007
IIS 6 and IIS 7
Active Directory familiarity
Windows 2000/XP/Vista
Network administration-Cisco Routers and switches
SAN/NAS administration and maintenance
Citrix XenServer, XenApp and Access Gateway
Symantec BackupExec or NetBackup
IBM and HP Server hardware familiarity
FTP Sites
Virtualization
Microsoft SQL Server 2003/2008Blackberry Enterprise Server
